Responsibilities:
Handle psychiatric emergencies and crises.
Respond to suicide attempts and other major psychiatric events.
Promote the overall well-being of patients who are in crisis.
Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations of patient status and needs.
Perform routine nursing care on patients diagnosed with a mental illness.
Maintain a safe environment for patients, visitors, staff, and property.
