Capital Concrete is a construction company specializing in foundations located in Bourne, Ma.
The administrative assistant is responsible for providing office support, clerical, and daily bookkeeping tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/ TASKS:
Handling incoming calls and other communications.
Responsible for maintaining QuickBooks.
Assist in the migration from Quickbooks to Sage100 Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
Handling basic HR duties for new hires.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills QuickBooks experience Sage100 experience a plus.
Microsoft Products experience Perform job responsibilities in an efficient and timely fashion.
A high degree of attention to detail, accuracy, and organization Friendly and customer service oriented A valid driver's license SYSTEMS USED:
QuickBooks Online Sage100 Microsoft 365 Monday.
