A regional leading acute care hospital located in coastal Massachusetts is currently searching for an experienced ASCP Clinical Laboratory Manager to join their award-winning healthcare team.
This state-of-the-art medical facility is home to just under 100-beds and is fully accredited by the Joint Commission, College of American Pathologist, and the American Association of Blood Banks.
The ASCP Clinical Laboratory Manager will join a regional leading system that provides a variety of services including cardiovascular, perioperative, oncology, women's health, neurological, and imaging among much more.
Reporting to the Director of Laboratory Services, the Clinical Laboratory Manager will oversee daily operations of the department, manage staff workflow, develop policies and procedures, manage department budget, maintain regulatory standards, and serve as an expert resource for the Medical Technologists and Clinical Lab Scientists.
Requirements Include:
Bachelor's degree in Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Science Current MT(ASCP) or MLS(ASCP) certification Progressive leadership experience in an acute care laboratory setting This facility is located in the beautiful coastal Massachusetts, an area where many young professionals and families reside.
